Job Description
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and supporting on day-to-day contracts, such as confidentiality agreements, general terms and conditions, legal correspondence
- Conducting thorough legal research, drafting legal memoranda, developing know-how and critically analyzing issues which may arise as a result of contract reviews and ongoing Sembcorp operations
- Supporting on the administrations of legal matters and contracts
- Undertaking other fun and challenging tasks which may be assigned on an on ad hoc basis
Requirements
- Background in Law or equivalent
- Great communicator, proactive, analytical and have a desire to learn
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
