Administrative Support

• Assist the Chief of Staff in managing reports and communications 
• Organize and maintain documents, presentations, and reports for the Chief of Staff and executive team (E.g. support meetings COS runs and support - LT Meetings, Exco Meetings, SLC meetings and SLC members engagement - notetaking, coordination of follow-ups) 

Project Management

• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects 
• Coordinate and track progress on key initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved (E.g. support me on tracking LT strategic tasks, administrative support for projects like the MVP refresh) 

Communication & Coordination

• Draft emails, memos, and other communication as needed (E.g. Bi-weekly GCEO report, Monthly All Hands CEO message) 

Research & Data Analysis 

• Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis (E.g. Support creation of slides for Business)
