Job Description

In November 2022, GoNetZero was officially launched at COP27 in Egypt. We are a global decarbonisation solutions platform, headquartered in Singapore. We support customers on their end-to-end decarbonisation journey, from helping them acquire RECs, carbon credits, and using blockchain technology and data driven insights to assist in energy asset management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.

• Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data and reports

• Other ad hoc tasks within recruitment function as assigned.

Employee Engagement

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and programs.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.

Requirements

• Background in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent

• Demonstrate proficiency in verbal as well as written English.

• Self-starter who has an appetite for new learning(s).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
