Self-ie Enterprise – Operations Champion

You will be part of a dynamic Start-up team that is part of an incubator in Singapore. We focus on health-tech / beauty products and services in Southeast Asia. 

If you are tired of bringing coffee to your boss or just doing data entry type of work, and are looking for a challenge and want hands-on experience across an entire business, then Self-ie is for you. 

You'll be paired with a 1:1 mentor, and have access to the entire Self-ie team and co-founders. 

You will work directly with one of the co-founders on a day-to-day basis as we build the startup from scratch, where he/she will be very hands on to guide you in all the work. Come join us and hit the ground running to contribute even in your first week!

Manage the entire back-end processes and support for the launch of one of the product streams, ranging from preparing communications, support in A/B testing and viability of product, ordering and delivery management, marketing collateral support, data analytics foundation. 

This opportunity will provide you with a full helicopter view of the entire processes behind an e-commerce and service-oriented start-up in Southeast Asia. 

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee entire operations and communicate timelines and workflow
• Contribute to drafting of relevant communications to customers/clients
• Maintain consistent standards of service by establishing standard operating procedures and protocols
• Liaise with other employees/team members to coordinate information and ensure timely deliverable of project
• Support in testing the business viability of some of the ideas generated by the co-founders, including spearheading surveys and focus group discussions to get market insights
• Support in various work required to launch the product in the market 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed), any field of business
• Positive can-do attitude
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Valid student pass (for locals)
• Valid passport (for international personnel)
• Fluent in English
• Excellent written and communication skills

 We will cover the cost of any work permit for successful candidates.
