We are Selecture - an advisory and search solutions firm that focuses on key hires in strategy and transformation (operations, technology and innovation). We partner with leaders looking to launch, scale, transform or innovate their organisation through solutions that are based on deep insight into people, markets and companies.
In light of recent successes in the market, we are keen to onboard a research intern to join the team here in Singapore. You will initially start as a paid intern within our research function which will lead towards opportunities for full time work.
As a researcher you will be involved in:
- The process of mapping talents based on set parameters defined by our search mandates
- Creating and/or maintaining reports and presentation materials (both internal and external)
- Candidate care, interview coordination, and calendar management
- Database management, CV and notes uploads, CV formatting
- Other support functions that may arise during the course of work
We are looking for someone who has these qualities:
- A strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Outstanding written and verbal English
- Self-aware, mature and can take initiative
- Responsible, confident and articulate
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Our requirements aren't strict and we welcome undergrads too. Maximum 5 days per week, 9:00am to 6:00pm. CBD area.
