Role: Account Executive Intern

Singaporean Citizen/ PR

 The Role

This dynamic role is for an ambitious Client Service professional wanting to pursue their career amongst a talented team of brand and sustainability strategists, creatives, and digital specialists. You will be able to help manage the day-to-day activities of projects, working with the account servicing and creative teams. You have the capability to deliver quality and inspiring projects on time while maintaining professional and proactive service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities


Account and Project Management:

  • Assist in managing and coordinating projects, supporting the account management team as required, such as preparation of briefs, coordinating schedules, tracking of project progress, tracking of budget summary, etc.

  • Attending client meetings 

  • Management of suppliers to coordinate project timeline

  • Assist in ad-hoc and administrative duties


Business Development Research:

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, relating to industry sectors, branding and design.

  • Assist in conducting research on client’s business, industry sector and competitive set.


Professional and Personal Standards:

  • Stay professionally ambitious & maintain an analytical, commercial, and client-focused mindset.

  • Champion creativity and celebrate inspiring design work.

  • Demonstrate strong people communication skills.

  • Motivate others through your knowledge by staying close to current market trends.

  • Remain level-headed and demonstrate a professional demeanour in demanding situations.

  • Work to show proven added-value as recognised by the team, management and clients.

  • Be an SR brand ambassador both in and out of the office, including responsible representation on social media platforms.

  • Be proactive in suggesting improvements to SR workflow and management procedures.
