Job Description

Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Generate monthly Statement of Accounts and invoices to customers
  • Manage and maintain the season parking management system
  • Effectively communicate with season parking customers via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
  • Identify processes, procedures and workflow improvements and assist in the implementation
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding amounts & ensure payments are prompt
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments at all levels
  • Assist with other administrative or ad-hoc matters when requested

 

Requirements

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level or possess or pursuing a Diploma/Degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Preferably with at least 6 months working experience in related field. Candidates with no related experience and university graduate are also welcomed to apply
  • Good personality, hardworking and positive attitude
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
