Job Description

(but not limited to)

Digital Sales

  • Responsible for all our online sales platforms such as e-shop, Qoo10, Ezbuy etc.
  • Participation in conceptualization for online and offline sales conversion efforts
  • Maintain ecommerce websites with regards to sales (listings and promotions), customer service correspondences and order fulfilment
  • Manage website through CMS and regular updating of product content (banners, product listings, FAQ etc) and promotional activities such as stock levels and order fulfilment  


Marketing

  • Strategize, plan and monitor the ongoing company presence across social media
  • Launch optimized online adverts to increase company and brand awareness coupled with PR efforts for press releases and product-related articles
  • CRM engagement such as blog, EDMs, as well as all customer retention efforts and database management
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Spout, WebTrends etc.)


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or with Digital sales
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Minimum a Diploma in marketing or relevant field
