What will you be doing?
You will be responsible in ensuring excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role focuses on providing the right talent sourcing solutions to our client’s business needs. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Conduct telemarketing to generate new business leads
- Network with senior executives to source for mid- to high-level positions
- Building robust relationships and a detailed understanding of each client's organization and recruitment needs
- Leverage on various channels, including social media channels to develop relationships with external candidates and talent pools
- Perform full lifecycle of executive search process
- Stay current with the industry trends and business economies

- Degree from an established university (no prior experiences are welcome to apply!)
