SearchAsia Consulting is looking for highly-motivated individuals to join us for internships! We are a recruitment consulting firm with a regional presence, and we are looking to welcome new interns into our dynamic family! We have many network offices in the Pan Asia region, some of which are located in Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Hong Kong and more. Come work with us in our headquarters- which is based in Singapore! In our 10-12 week internship program, you will be exposed to the exciting and fast-paced environment of recruitment consulting. This includes sourcing for suitable talent for clients, selecting qualified individuals, managing candidates’ expectations (such as salary and job nature) all the way to the on-boarding process.
What you will be involved in:
- Engaging with clients to find out there unique needs
- Sourcing for mid to senior level candidates
- Screening and selecting of candidates
- Engaging with candidates to find out their strengths/ job preferences
- Co-broking with you colleagues to close deals
We are looking for individuals that are:

Each intern will be attached to a senior mentor, someone who is well versed in the process of recruitment consulting. You will be able to learn from them essential skills and strategies to engage effectively with both clients and candidates. Every day will be different, fun and exciting, as every person you speak to as a recruitment consultant intern will respond to you differently. Hence, you will have to be quick on your feet and adapt well to changes on the job. If you are ever in doubt, your mentor and friendly colleagues are always there to lend a helping hand.
