About our group:

Global Supply Chain Ops (Order To Cash) – Order Management, Fulfillment and JIT Logistics, operating by 3 regions in APAC, EMEA and US, involving in processing Customer Purchase Order in SAP, confirming the delivery date based on Customer’s demand and Supply, to deliver to customer’s destination or customer’s appointed JIT Hub timely. 

The team needs to work with many different organizations including IT, Account Management, Planner, Finance, Logistics and others to build an effective partnership.

 

About the role – you will:

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of orders and maintaining control over product allocation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling orders based on standard configurations, customer types, and regions.
  • Monitoring and controlling allocated quantities to different regions or customers using the Product Allocation List and customer backlog.
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate order confirmations.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to address shortages in drives and prioritize customer needs.
  • Applying correct order block types and working with internal teams to resolve issues, releasing order holds for shipment.
  • Coordinating with the Planning team for pack-down or stop-shipment status, keeping Account Managers informed of any delays.
  • Working closely with Segment Managers to address excess drives availability or shortages.
  • Utilizing analytical skills to create process mapping.

Your experience includes:

  • Is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree related to Supply Chain.
  • Demonstrates interest in supply chain concepts, with an understanding being advantageous.
