About our group:

If you are creative, passionate and enjoys storytelling, this exciting role in our Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding team is a great opportunity for you to learn and be involved in our journey to share the Seagate brand with the world! We are seeking for a high potential intern who is keen to establish a long-term career in the employer branding function. This role sits within Talent Acquisition team and reports directly to the Employer Branding Program Manager, where you will be involved in branding initiatives and programs, telling the Seagate Story of our values and people to accentuate and bring our employer brand to the next level!

About the role as an Employment Branding Intern - you will:

  • Participate in and support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to position Seagate as an employer of choice 
  • Working closely with the Employer Branding Program Manager and global recruitment teams to support and deliver various employer branding projects to strengthen our talent acquisition capabilities and support overall needs across recruiting operations 
  • Collaborate and partner closely with internal partners and cross-functional teams such as Internal Communications and Global Marketing to source and share dynamic content across Seagate’s social/digital channels
  • Craft and develop content for recruiting with a specific focus on different channels and email marketing platforms – creative media, digital, social media, etc. Support the management of jobs and career content on all recruiting related company profiles and pages – including our career site, social media profiles and employer marketing sites Explore and find ways to improve followers’ growth, engagement, employee and candidate sentiment across all channels Participate in projects and programs as required and support continuous improvement efforts within Talent Acquisition function Any other ad-hoc duties assignedGiven the role comes with a global lens, some morning or evening meetings are required and expected

Your experience includes:Providing support and be willing to collaborate with colleagues and work on a productive teamCreating content and crafting messages for differing audienceHave knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud), photo and video editing and creation is a plus, most importantly be willing to learn Exceptional written and verbal English
