- Work with stakeholders across Scoot to elicit business requirements for assigned Information Systems projects
- Identify and recommend new systems and enhancements, participate in Business Process Improvement & Re-engineering initiatives
- Research on available information systems solutions in the market and industry's best practices
- Propose and define the functional requirements
- Work closely with Technical Analyst and Developers to develop a technical solution for stakeholders
- Collaborate with Scoot Developers or third-party partners to deliver solutions
- Assist in preparation of project documentation and support management of the delivery of solutions
- Facilitate user acceptance tests (UAT), user training, pre-and post-implementation
Requirements
- University Degree - Computer Science / Information Systems
- Knowledge on Cloud Applications preferred
