Our goal is to reduce the employment friction in the hiring cycle.
1. Do research on all jobs portals focusing on causal hourly jobs listing in Asia
2. Documented all the UI/UX and recommend the best from all the research
3. Conduct survey to find out what is important for the causal workers ie motivations and needs
4. Will get to do some ad hoc part time jobs within the internship stints
5. Be part of a team to craft out a new product that serve the society to facilitate job fulfilment
