Responsibilities

Sourcing

• Assist in the selection, interview, and hiring process to source talents for our clients
• Source and interact with potential talents using candidate databases and job portals

Screening 

• Select and screen candidates via phone interviews
• Recommend suitable candidates for available job openings
• Match candidates to ideal careers

Administrative

• Maintain project management schedule to monitor progress for various recruitment stages
• Coordinate meetings, interviews, logistics arrangements, etc. for the team
• Prepare documentations according to project needs

Requirements:

• Strong team player
• Organised, analytical, and self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate urgency and can work efficiently and effectively despite time pressures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
