We are looking for motivated individuals who are keen in pursuing an internship in recruitment. The role of a recruitment intern gives individuals the valuable opportunity to participate in the recruitment process of attracting, sourcing for and screening candidates for our external clients. Get the opportunity to collaborate with a closely-knit team of driven workers in selecting potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
-Gaining extensive knowledge on the mechanics of the recruitment process
-Drafting job advertisements and postings
-Sourcing for potential candidates through job portals
-Selection and screening of candidates through pre-evaluation of their CVs
-Organising project management schedules
-Supporting project leader in recruitment projects
-Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
-Keen to learn about the workings of the recruitment process
-Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
-Adaptable and analytical individual
-Self-motivated and able to work well in a team
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
-No prior experience needed as training will be provided
