The intern shall be guided through The Sciente Way to execute the IT talent search process by:
- Understanding the requirements from technology, business & needs perspective with a consultative approach;
- Formulating the right strategy for the assignment;
- Using various techniques to search & attract the right candidates globally;
- Reviewing and assessing the potential candidates’ career goals, job & behavioural competencies to meet the desired expectations;
- Recommending and presenting the summary of short-listed candidates;
- Managing the candidate's expectations with full transparency;
- Managing the logistics until the successful on-boarding;
- Working towards exceeding the agreed KPIs to grow the portfolio of assignments.

- Undergraduates from the disciplines of Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or Engineering who are keen to explore a career in technology recruitment;
