Job Description

Part Time / Full Time Admin

Responsibilities (but not limited to the following)

Tracking student attendance
Printing worksheets for classes
Coordinating make-up classes with parents and updating timetable
Collecting payment for classes
Answering general enquiries regarding classes
Perform any other ad-hoc duties not limited to:
Taking and sending photos of students to parents
Sending ad-hoc messages to parents for reminder/events/updates
Inform instructors of new students
Tidying the centre

Job Requirements

Ability to multi-task
Good team-player
Communicate effectively
Ability to work well under pressure
Require to work on both weekends
Weekday hours available
Commit at least 3 months

Qualifications

Minimum educational qualification of “O” Level or equivalent;
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
Fluent in English. Ability to speak another language will be an added advantage.

Hourly rate & working hours

$10/hour
Weekdays (1pm-830pm); Weekends (9am-630pm)
