Job Description

(Job Role):

The position is located within a program organization, which forms interfaces between Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management of Schaeffler’s Industrial Division Asia-Pacific.

The goal is to support translation of management targets into projects and actionable steps, ensuring that projects are carried out according to their timeline and requirements, by means of program and project management methods.

The projects are being developed regionally, starting with data/business analysis (ideation, business issue identification), over problem solving (stakeholder management – integration of all Functions) to implementation (program management - timely execution and support of functions).

Assist in Marketing Industrial in the following areas (up to 30% share of work):

  1. Planning and roll-out of all required marketing activities/ campaigns for Industrial division in SEA/AP, ensuring speed-to-market is achieved and budget is met
  2. Coordinating marketing activities/ campaigns in the sub region (e.g., Digital Marketing)
  3. Provide high-quality event management support (F2F/ Digital)
  4. Provide platform for best practice sharing
  5. Provide reporting and marketing analysis

(Job Scope):

Multi-Project Management of the Program FIT (main focus, 70%)

  • Preparation of weekly review meetings on global board level
  • Cascading of focus topics to workstream leaders and creating status updates according to project management priorities
  • Support the definition and communication of the governance and guidance of FIT program
  • Support project responsible in the stage gate process - ensuring that requirements and dashboards are met
  • Challenging of measure owners and key stakeholders with respect to data validation, consistency of data and timing of implementation, business impact, as well as target setting and target achievement process
  • Supporting the Workstream leaders on focus topics as business partner
  • Steering and concluding performance checks and data validation and accuracy across workstreams

Focus field Sales and Marketing (up to 30%)

  • Conducting analyses on behalf of the management
  • Supporting regional and global Pricing functions on Sales Price Variances and price harmonization efforts
  • Coordinate and liaise with agencies/vendors/stakeholders on marketing matters, campaign implementation, acquiring corporate giveaways
  • Support in implementing marketing activities such as product launches, seminars, house fairs, tradeshows, etc, both, locally and overseas (SEA/AP), including liaising with stakeholders on requirements
  • Promoting and representing our company in trade shows, events as well as advertising campaigns.
  • Update and ensure customer database are current and clean
  • Assist in reporting and analysis for marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide decision support to stakeholders is a key part of this job function.
  • Develop statistical or probabilistic models to derive actionable insights for monitoring the quality and consistency of the analytical outcomes as part of the overall operations and maintenance of a big manufacturing data ecosystem.
