Position Title: Operations Support Assistant (Jan to Apr 2024)
We are currently looking for a temporary employee/intern for the role: Operations Support Assistant from January to April 2024.
Working Hours: 8.30AM to 5:30PM, Monday to Friday
Work Location: SATS Airfreight Terminal
In this role you will:
- Provide administrative and logistical support for the Cargo Services Department, including training and staff welfare duties
- Prepare presentation slides for meetings
- Liaise with colleagues from different departments and compile reports
- Coordinate for visitors at the Cargo warehouses
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Time management and problem-solving skills
