Risk Program & Assurance
- Learn Enterprise Risk Management concepts and methodology through assisting business units in risk assessment to identify and assess potential risks, establish risk register , review and develop appropriate risk mitigation actions.
- Understand risk awareness and culture through engagement with local & overseas business units on risk culture strategy initiatives
- Develop analytic and presentation skills through conducting data reconciliation and analytics for monthly risk dashboards and risk reports
Business Continuity Management
- Acquire BCM skills through supporting Business Analysis workshops and provide guidance on development on Business Continuity Plans
- Assist the business units for Crisis Management to conduct regular exercises and follow up on actions
Digitalization of ERM System
- Gain project management skills by supporting development of new digitalization project which includes design input, data reconciliation, user acceptance test, change management and vendor management
