About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our regional HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition across Southeast Asia. 

This role requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in job posting on various platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Actively source passive & active potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn)
• Screen resumes and applications based on job descriptions
• Conduct screening calls with potential candidates in Southeast Asia region
• Update and maintain regional candidate database for key roles

 Requirements

• Diploma (pursuing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Interest in recruitment and human resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
