Job Description
- Assist, manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations 协助、管理和监督整个餐厅的运作
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions 监控操作并启动纠正措施
- Deliver superior guest services 提供卓越的宾客服务
- Training new staff, manage and lead staff 培训新员工，管理和领导员工
- Organize and supervise shifts 组织和监督轮班
- Manage restaurant supplies 管理餐厅用品
- Control costs and minimize waste 控制成本，减少浪费
- Nurture a positive working environment 培养积极的工作环境
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales 实施创新战略以提高生产力和销售
- Answering customer’s queries regarding menus, ingredients, or any other product related queries. 回答客户对菜单、配料或任何其他产品相关的查询
- Assist in tidying up and table setting 整理及摆桌
- Responsible for the preparation work of Restaurant opening and closing operation hours. 负责餐厅营业时间的准备工作
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding efficiently to customer questions and complaints and resolve customer problems and concerns personally. 通过有效地回应客户的问题和投诉，并亲自解决客户的问题和疑虑，确保客人满意
- Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness of individual by following basic grooming & hygiene. 保持个人良好的卫生和清洁，遵循基本的仪容整洁
