Occupation Description
- This opportunity involves managing a professional audio equipment store in a retail mall setting (Sim Lim Sqr)
- Singaporean/PR Preferred
- Working hours: 11AM to 7PM
- Small and close knit working environment
- Passion in audio industry preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
- Manage and upkeep online stores
- Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
- To contact customers and perform after sales services
- Attain and maintain required service standards
- Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing
- Manage social/digital marketing platforms (Instagram/Facebook posts)
- Maintain housekeeeping standards
Skills:
- Microsoft Office
- Digital marketing skills (Facebook/Instagram/Google Ad)
