Responsibilities

• Data entry for AP and AR
• Handle clients’ enquiries, prepare quotations
• Update clients’ cases into company systems
• Monitor and follow-up on clients’ payments
• Any other admin functions

Requirement

• Minimum Higher NITEC in business-related faculty. Those without work experience but willing to learn and with good academic records are welcome to apply.
• Good planning and organisation skill
• Meticulous and good interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoy working in fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and IT system
• Successful candidate should be willing to take and pass the general insurance certifications sponsored by the company
