Service Crew: 

  • Full-Time: UP TO $ 2,500/month
  • Part-Time: $7/Hr weekdays, $8/Hr weekends

Requirements:

  • Passion for people & food.
  • Self-Driven with a positive attitude to learning.
  • Training will be provided
  • At least 1 years relevant working experience
  • Able to work on weekends & public holiday
  • Able to commit rotating shifts

Responsibilities

  • Provide hospitable service to guests
  • To attend and respond to guest needs such as Taking of order Delivery of food and beverages in a prompt and warm manner.
  • Responsible for table arrangement and cleanliness in the restaurant.
  • Crosscheck and delivery of orders
  • Preparing beverages
  • Other tasks assigned by manager

Kitchen Crew / Cook

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation for hot and cold kitchen
  • Crosscheck on delivery of orders and quality assurance
  • Ensure the correct orders are being sent out
  • Ensure and upkeep cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen
  • Other ADHOC duties as assigned by Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth operations of the kitchen
  • Ensure food products are consistently prepared and served according to food quality standards.
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition by following Standard Operations Procedures.
  • Monitor kitchen staff performance standards and conduct performance evaluation
  • Enforcement of hygiene regulations and upkeep of the restaurant cleanliness
  • Oversee the training of kitchen personnel in cleanliness and sanitation practices
  • Responsible for employees performance and discipline
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness in the workplace
  • Lead & motivate staff in achieving sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent preferably in Business although consideration will be given to experience and certifications
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial position with operations background, having managed a team before, preferably in the F&B or Hotel industry
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to lead and motivate to produce results
  • Passionate about leading by example, People-oriented, friendly, authentic, humble and fun
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work well with both frontline and management staff
  • High initiative, independent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Singaporean only

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coach and work with Area Managers so as to ensure that outlets are adequately staffed to maximize sales potential, operational efficiency and minimize turnover
  • Enforce and educate outlet staff in adhering to all company policies, labour laws, security and safety procedures
  • Provide input on performance appraisals based on defined goals and objectives for each Area Manager
