Job Description

To assist in our daily HR activities and any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Talent requisition & Employee engagement
•Perform the role of a business partner and work closely with business units on manpower needs
•To establish talent requisition plan, placement of advertisements, main point of contact with institutions and government agencies and perform end-to-end recruitment
•To participate in workforce planning and achieving optimal manpower required for each business unit
•Responsible for on boarding programs and process ( First Day, 30 Days and 90 Days Experience)
•Responsible for staff engagement initiatives (i.e. Long Service Award, CNY Lunch, Dinner & Dance)
•Administer foreign worker work passes related matter (i.e. performing audit on foreign workers’ accommodation and effective deployment of foreign work passes)
•Review and suggest improvements on existing HR policies and framework to support and resolve existing challenges
