We are seeking a motivated and analytical Student Intern to support the Purchasing Department in improving data visibility and procurement processes using automation across multiple sites.
• Dashboard Automation & Data Analysis
• Automate and maintain purchasing dashboards using Power BI.
• Consolidate purchasing data from all sites for centralized reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Support development of KPI tracking tools (PO placement, RFQ PR PO lead time, supplier performance (OTD, DOD, etc.).
• Coordinate and harmonize the data management in collaboration with China Team
• Procurement Administration Support
• Assist with day-to-day purchasing activities including:
- Tactical : RFQ management
- Transactional : PO creation and follow-up
- Support commodity buyer for new projects in the region
- Technical background
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Appetite for new technologies: AI
• Purchasing / logistic knowledge
• Familiar with ERP
