- Job Description
1) Map a process & create a procedure for offer & contract management:
- Offer & contract numbering
- Offer or contract reviews archiving
- Reviews and offers archiving
- Return of experience for lost offers
- Contract archiving process (digitally & physically)
2) Propose a robust & sustainable document management system for offers to ensure traceability
3) Build a tool for contract summary / characteristics overview incl. with an alert system
4) List all contracts and update the database with key information
5) Implement an user-friendly interface to overview each contract characteristics, including a visual overview of all the contract
