Intern - APAC Data Analytic Solutions Services (6 months)
About the Role
We are looking for a talented and inquisitive individual to join our APAC Business Consulting team as Intern. This team focuses on providing business professional services such as Training, Compliance Services, and Business Intelligence projects to APAC customers. As part of the Internship, you will be working closely with the Data Analytics Solution team and be exposed to a variety of internal and external activities.
The role will require you to support and shadow a range of customer data analytics projects and internal improvement initiatives, from the development phase to execution and reporting phase. This is an opportunity for you to develop analytical and communications skill, learn about payments and banking industry and be exposed to strategic business discussions.
What to expect?
Being part of the APAC Data Analytic Solutions team, you will:
Support the delivery of business intelligence reports to APAC customers from inception to completion. The process includes building and investigating customer queries using SWIFT transactional data
Support the development and execution of customer retention activities in APAC
Support in the maintenance and transformation of data analytics project tracking onto a new platform - JIRA/Confluence
Analyze data and develop monthly reporting for promotional campaigns, and brainstorm ideas to improve campaigns
Shadow customer delivery on data analytic services and be exposed to SWIFT business intelligence solutions
What will make you successful?
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Analytical and problem solving skills combined with flexibility, adaptability and can-do attitude
Attention to details and autonomous
Inquisitive, keen to learn and open to feedback
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese primarily) languages would be an added advantage
