Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • In charge of monthly payroll duties, including staff time attendance system (TMS) and verify daily attendance record to ensure prompt salary payments including overtime work
  • Handle end-to-end Recruitment & selection processes
  • Responsible for preparing appointment letters for new staff, track and process confirmation, resignation & termination
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of CPF, SDL, income tax (IR8A, IR21)
  • Manage employee work passes (WP, SP, EP, LOC, Dependant Pass and etc) and visit pass for guest
  • Assist in MYE and HR related projects
  • Administer and maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records
  • Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity claim and training grant
  • Manage insurance for company and staff (eg. Medical insurance, work injury, compensation claim matters)
  • Well-versed and strong understanding of Singapore Employment Law (MOM, IRAS, CPF, ICA etc)
  • Liaise with local Poly / University for Internship
  • Administration and coordination for training and development activities
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Human Resource Management with 3 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Team player, with the ability to communicated effectively and work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Able to work independently
  • Meticulous, resourceful, professional with pleasant personality, integrity, self-driven and a team player
