S B Tan has been providing accounting & GST services to companies in services and trading on monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. Our accountants are familiar with the requirements for corporate tax returns as set by local tax authorities (IRAS). 

Job Description

This position is temporary, from immediate till Jun/July 2024.

We are considering A level students who are waiting for admission to further studies and are able to commit till July 2024.

The candidate shall join our group of administrators to do the following:

- Data entry

- taking phone calls, include attending to enquires on accounting software. sales incentive for closing sales.

- preparing documents relating to audit, accounting, secretarial & tax

- online submission to authorities (IRAS, ACRA, etc.).

- preparing quotation and invoicing.

- arranging courier of documents to or from clients’office

- many learning opportunities in our firm, based on feedback from past A level students.


Requirements:

Minimum A level qualification.

Good PC & software skills (mainly MS Word & Excel, OneDrive and Internet transactions).

Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Keen to learn, meticulous, independent, as well as team player and be prompt in following up on assigned work.

This position provides wide job exposure in enhancing your work experience.
