Job Description 

• Data Entries
• Process hampers orders that are faxed from various outlet (estimated 200 – 500 orders per day)
• Liaise with internal and external warehouse to ensure orders and hampers are delivered on time.
• To send out SMS (using company phone) to customer after hampers have been delivered.
• Assist in tracking daily orders, ensuring that there are no missing orders.
• Coordinate with Retail outlets where necessary.
• Assist in other administrative and ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to complete task given in timely manner.
• Know basic excel and emailing 
• Able to commit from 1 Dec 2024 to 28 January 2025
