Basic Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of how the tracker product works, including its features and specifications. If no experience in tracker products, experience in any Consumer Electronics (CE) products are acceptable.
• Ability to follow product troubleshooting guides or instructions to identify potential issues.

Attention to Detail:

• Ability to carefully inspect products for visible defects, or functional defects.
• Accurately log failure details, and screening results in the report.

Communication Skills:

• Ability to communicate clearly in English, for both verbal and written.

Important Note:

• The temp staff must work minimum 4 hours on the required days.
• 1 hr lunch time is not paid.
