Job Description
  • Support the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and checking references. 
  • Aid in the onboarding of new employees, including preparing orientation materials, leading orientation sessions, and processing new hire paperwork. 
  • Assist in handling employee relations issues such as addressing employee inquiries, documenting employee concerns, and performing investigations. 
  • Help coordinate and schedule employee training and development programs. 
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Help maintain the HR information system by inputting and updating employee data and producing reports. 
  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and other regulations. 
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents. 
  • Complete any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
