Technician (ACMV) on 6-month Contract (Outram)
Responsibilities:
· Carrying out installation of ACMV sensors and basic electrical works (installation of conduit, trunking, cables, etc.)
· Pairing of sensors to Central Control Unit and carrying out minor configuration of settings for sensors
· Carrying out site verification and functional test of AHU, VAV, FAF, TEF, and FCU using measurement tools
Requirements:
· Basic M&E knowledge and experience – preferably in ACMV and electrical services
· Able to communicate in English and fill in service reports
· Able to read and understand M&E drawings
· Tech savvy – able to learn and pick up usage of electronic devices (e.g. tablet, measurement tools, etc.)
· Able to work well independently, as well as in a team
