Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of boutiques
  • Prepare all required operational reports such as sales, inventory and purchase reports
  • Administer staff's incentives and discounts policies
  • Administer Purchase Orders and update Basel and SIHH orders
  • Monitor cleanliness and SOP to ensure smooth work flow
  • Carry out periodic operational audits including housekeeping, daily morning briefing and control of discount
  • Liaise with agents with regards to events, marketing, display set-up and manpower issues
  • Liaise with boutiques' staffs with regards to latest promotions, events and retail developments
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints through phone and emails
  • Handle any other operational issues when required

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
  • At least 5 to 10 years of direct experience in boutique or retail outlets
  • Experience in handling retail stores' operations
  • Very Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Meticulous and detailed with good support and follow-up skills
