Job Description

Are you passionate about skincare, love luxury, and thrive on helping others grow? As a Spa Trainer, you’ll lead the way in educating and empowering our team to deliver exceptional client experiences—every time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver hands-on training in treatments, skincare, and client service
  • Create clear, engaging training materials and SOPs
  • Coach therapists to perform with confidence, consistency, and excellence
  • Stay updated on beauty trends and technology
  • Track training results and elevate team performance 

What You Bring:

  • Experience as a spa trainer or senior therapist
  • Strong knowledge of skincare and spa treatments
  • Confident presenter and natural coach
