  • Draft and prepare sales contracts and counter purchase contracts according to the deal recap; Submit contract/counter for internal vetting and send to counterparties timely.
  • Liaise with counterparties/HQ/treasure team for LC format/issuance, document preparation etc;
  • Carry out operational routine jobs, such as vessel nomination, surveyor appointment, V/O, D/I preparation etc and monitor all operational matters
  • Coordinate with counterparties, shipping team, finance, surveyors and vessel agents to monitor loading and/or unloading and ensure each transaction is carried out timely, accurately and professionally.
  • Follow-up with HQ on the payment signing process.- Provide payment and collection information to Treasury team for funding arrangements.
  • Check and update the operations data (trade entry, payment, inspection/expeditor cost, L/C cost and freight related costs etc) in the system for analysis, decision making and reporting.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor or Diploma in International Trading or Supply Chain Management or equivalent 
  • An excellent team player.
  • Able to read/write/speak and is proficient in both English and Mandarin as the role requires communication with headquarters in China and other Chinese counterparts.
