Under his leadership and guidance, he has successfully groomed the most Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifiers, Court of Table (COT) qualifiers, Top Advisers, Top Rookie Advisers and International Sales Convention Presidents in AXA.

- Identify and analyze financial needs of prospective clients
- Provide reasonable basis of recommendations to meet their needs
- Customizing wealth solutions to meet their needs
- Provide high quality after-sales service to customers
- Provide periodic review of customers’ needs to maintain and develop relationship, hence providing more cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Manage and obtain referrals from customers
- Expected to maintain proper recording and documentation of the needs-based advisory process in accordance to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old
- Minimum ‘A’ Levels/ Diploma/ Degree
- Committed and self-driven with a positive mind-set
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- No Experienced Required
- EPs & S-Pass Holders are welcome
