Job Description
On board as part of our talent acquisition team, you get to learn key skills while being on the job itself, it is briefly as follow
- Do recruitment scripts and shortlisting candidates
- Call out to short listed candidates and fix appointment for interview
- Be able to hold an interview with the candidate and do a proper selection
- Take part in career events for recruitment candidates
- Prepare administration forms to process selected candidates into the roles
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualifications of a full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Proficient in English
- Independent and highly motivated
- Results–oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
