Roger International Equipment & Services Pte Ltd – Business Development & Website Intern

Roger International is seeking a motivated and resourceful intern to support our business development and digital initiatives. This role is suitable for a student who enjoys developing new ideas, conducting market research, and helping to improve a company’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop new business ideas, services and growth strategies
• Assist in preparing business plans, proposals and presentation materials
• Conduct market, competitor and industry research
• Support the planning and development of the company website
• Coordinate with website designers or developers and follow up on project progress
• Assist with website content, service descriptions, case studies and company profiles
• Suggest improvements to the website’s structure, user experience and search visibility
• Support other business development and marketing activities when required

Requirements

• Currently studying Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Digital Media, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to think independently and contribute practical ideas
• Comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of website development, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Canva or digital marketing would be an advantage
• Responsible, organised and able to follow through on assigned work
• Interest in the marine, offshore, engineering or industrial sector is preferred but not essential
