Responsibilities:
Internal Control:
- Selecting samples for Internal Controls
- Locate and tagging of documents for internal controls
- Checking documents for internal control purposes
- Running internal control reports in the SAP systems
Master Data Maintenance:
- Vendor master creation
- Customer master creation
Vendor Invoices:
- Assist in mitigating control check
- Perform daily validation of posted invoices
- Other ad-hoc matter/project
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a polytechnic/university
- Able to commit full time for 6 months
- For non-locals: must fulfill requirements for Work Holiday Pass
