- IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) for Asia Pacific
- Organize workshops
- Co-ordination with regional representatives
- Implementation of ITSCM tools
- Conduct internal trainings
- Linux/Windows/ESX Administration

- Computer related major e.g. computer engineering, business information technology, etc.
