Job Description

Main Job Responsibilities

Project Management Support

  • Support of project management & administration for Customer Service Transformation project. Key focus is on Process Documents, Work instruction and preparation of training documents. Support with preparation and realisation of training.
  • Customer order behaviour management and recommended actions for improvement
  • Customer service level survey development and coordination. Development of KPI’s for Customer Service Team

Project Management Support 

  • Work on defining business processes for O2C, Customer complaints and enquiries
  • Prepare documentation and release it in SOCOS for APSE
  • Establish training modules that can be deployed during the projects, but also interactive web-based for the future training
  • Support implementation of project with various tasks: telephony system and customer contact infrastructure set-up, mapping of calls requirements, monitoring risks and reporting on deviations
  • Supporting with communication to internal and external stakeholders

Administration

  • Assist in preparation of presentation slides.
  • Assist with organisation and planning of CUS meetings and event such as Training and special events
  • Support with creation of Customer Survey
  • Preparation of slides for CUS project  
  • Other administrative tasks, on need basis
