  • Support the Regional Channel Marketing team on day to day business activities
  • Support the local workshop concept managers in the region on specific projects as and when required. 
  • Research of competitive market workshop landscape across regions Oceania, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia
  • Main support towards on-going projects related to Consultancy Program: 1. Tracking of Project Tasks, Milestones & Tracking Forms
    2. Involvement of Strategic Planning of Consultancy Projects
    3. Maintain Internal Communication
  • Support in the development, execution and maintenance of value proposition for workshop concept, including:
    Training Programs, BS100 Project, Bosch Talks, Regional Websites 
  • Support the channel marketing team on the setup and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) , including:
    1. Support LMS Systems Design and Testing
    2. Build and maintain the LMS introduction section (Registration, Main Functions, Learning Contents)
    3. Build and Maintain the LMS Administration Section (HTML, SCORM/Non-SCORM, CBT & Questionnaire
    4. Build and Maintain the LMS Administration Section (User Curriculum & Competence Development)
    5. Improve & Maintain the system's user access database
    6. Manage system features including the on-demand learning contents from course creating to course content uploading and updating

 

Qualifications

 

  • Able to commit for 6 months 
  • Preferably undergraduate in either Business IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing.
  • Mature, motivated, takes initiative, and strong willingness to learn
  • Able to work with colleagues within the region with varying level of language proficiencies & having cultural awareness
  • Have experience in Web Interface design and testing (preferred to have experience in HTML)
  • Basic understanding of online training course, i.e. SCORM format packaging
  •  Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint and other methods of presentations (preferred to have experience in PowerBI or other data visualization tool)
  •  Interest & knowledge in business automotive industry and developments in Asia Pacific region – is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and able to work in a multinational environment

 

Eligibility:

  • Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
  • For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
  • You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
  • You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
  • The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
