Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Track current open positions and application status
  • Source for candidates through various recruitment channels
  • Evaluate and screen applications received
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Schedule interviews and follow up on interview feedback
  • Contact new employees and prepare for onboarding sessions (e.g. first day orientation documents, pre-employment medical check-up form etc.)
  • Consolidate new hire documentation with new employees
  • Maintain updated and complete records of new hires and exiting employees
  • Administer virtual assessment centre tests to candidates where necessary
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Business Partners
  • Support with Personnel Marketing activities such as employer branding, university talks and networking events

Profile Requirements

  • Pursuing diploma or degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks by deadlines
  • Independent learner and proactive problem solver
  • Familiarity with social media and LinkedIn would be a plus
