The Job:
•Service existing clients in a partnership role.
•You’re a strategic partner, invested in our client’s success.
•See the big picture and execute minute details - develop and direct resource planning, production timelines and budgeting.
•Research and prepare detailed briefs according to clients’ requirements.
•Events management. Coordinate with suppliers, oversee production, and manage operational and administrative functions to ensure events are executed smoothly, within deadlines and budget.
•Entry level candidate will be considered
You:
•Can make the seemingly impossible happen.
•Go-getter. Never takes no for an answer.
•Mild OCD. Extreme attention to detail.
•Passionate in advertising with strong interest in digital trends.
•Relevant qualification in Advertising, Marketing, MassComm or related field.
•Works independently yet a team player. Able to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on time delivery of requirements.
•Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills.
•Have sound knowledge on presentation software such as Keynotes and Powerpoint.
