System Process Improvements
- Work closely with ASEAN Customer Service Team to identify and analyses business needs to manage Order to Cash operations
- Support Project for establishing of Customer Contact Centre for Japan and Korea
- Documentation of process and work flows
- Development of clear KPI's for < Back-order, MTO orders, Late deliveries
- Develop monitoring process/ database for parts replacement
- Support in developing change request for the identified business gaps
- Identifying issues and risks
- Support Customer Service team with order expediting
- Develop Knowledge Elements/Work instructions for IAM/OES and Export channel
- Develop and create standard reports for Customer Contact Services
Customer Supply Chain Customer Service Contact Centre
- Work on defining business improvements for Customer CSI (Satisfaction index)
- Prepare project documentations and monitoring (Dashboards, BW reports)
- Establish training modules that can be deployed during the projects, but also interactive web-based for the future training
- Develop Bosch Connect page for Customer Services to include training documents
- Supporting with communication to internal and external stake-holders
- Drive implementation together with business lead and external provider
Required knowledge
- Attention to detail, good system skills
- Programming, database, SAP and SQL skills
- Punctual and reliable to deliver on time (drive to achieve results)
- Able to interpret data in the system (good with numbers, conceptual design)
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Business acumen, knowledge of business ethics (Customer interface)
