Primary Focus: Sales & Client Management
Your main responsibility will be helping prospective customers find the right solutions for their homes.
This includes:
Responding to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media and other channels
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
Preparing quotations and following up with leads
Building rapport with customers and helping to close sales
Supporting customer service and after-sales communication Business development activities and partnership opportunities
Secondary Focus: Marketing & Business Growth
You will also gain exposure to:
Social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
Process improvement and operational projects
Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and internal workflows

This role is not suitable for candidates looking for purely administrative work or a routine desk-bound internship. We are looking for someone who is willing to take initiative, engage with customers, and contribute actively to the growth of the business.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree
Business, Marketing or related disciplines preferred
Comfortable communicating with customers
Strong command of written English
Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
Able to work in a fast-paced SME environment
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with Canva, CapCut or content creation tools
Sales, retail or customer service experience
Confidence speaking on camera
Interest in startups, entrepreneurship or business growth

Internship Details
Duration: 6 Months
Allowance: $1,000/month
Performance Bonus: Available for outstanding performance (to be discussed during onboarding)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: Hybrid Arrangement
3 days in office (Kaki Bukit)
2 days work from home
Weekend Commitment: Occasional weekend support (approximately 1–2 times per month) may be required for site visits, events or installations. Off-in-lieu will be provided on weekdays.
Potential Full-Time Opportunity
Outstanding interns may be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.
