Job Description

Primary Focus: Sales & Client Management

Your main responsibility will be helping prospective customers find the right solutions for their homes.

This includes:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media and other channels

  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products

  • Preparing quotations and following up with leads

  • Building rapport with customers and helping to close sales

  • Supporting customer service and after-sales communication Business development activities and partnership opportunities

Secondary Focus: Marketing & Business Growth

You will also gain exposure to:

  • Social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

  • Marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives

  • Process improvement and operational projects

  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and internal workflows

This role is not suitable for candidates looking for purely administrative work or a routine desk-bound internship. We are looking for someone who is willing to take initiative, engage with customers, and contribute actively to the growth of the business.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree

  • Business, Marketing or related disciplines preferred

  • Comfortable communicating with customers

  • Strong command of written English

  • Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

  • Able to work in a fast-paced SME environment

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with Canva, CapCut or content creation tools

  • Sales, retail or customer service experience

  • Confidence speaking on camera

  • Interest in startups, entrepreneurship or business growth

Internship Details

Duration: 6 Months

Allowance: $1,000/month

Performance Bonus: Available for outstanding performance (to be discussed during onboarding)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Location: Hybrid Arrangement

  • 3 days in office (Kaki Bukit)

  • 2 days work from home

Weekend Commitment: Occasional weekend support (approximately 1–2 times per month) may be required for site visits, events or installations. Off-in-lieu will be provided on weekdays.

Outstanding interns may be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.
